Kancelaria SZiP
Modular WordPress platform for a multi-disciplinary legal and tax advisory firm
Kancelaria SZiP is an established law and tax advisory firm based in Katowice, operating across Silesia and the wider Polish market. With over 50 experts and a broad, multi-disciplinary offer, the firm supports companies in complex legal and business decisions, combining regulatory expertise with practical advisory work.
The scale of the organization introduces structural complexity in communication. The firm needs to present multiple advisory domains, expert teams, and knowledge content while maintaining credibility and clarity for business clients.
The website had to reflect a mature advisory structure rather than a simple service list. Legal and tax services, specializations, expert profiles, knowledge content, and recruitment communication all needed to coexist within a single system.
Without a clear structure, such environments tend to fragment. Content grows inconsistently, navigation becomes unclear, and editorial control weakens over time. This was not a visual problem. It was a structural one: translating a broad and expert-driven offer into a coherent digital architecture.
An additional requirement was longevity. The website needed to support ongoing content development without repeated redevelopment or structural rewrites.
Software Things designed and implemented a modular WordPress platform based on Gutenberg and Full Site Editing, treating the website as an editorial system rather than a closed build.
We defined a structured content architecture covering services, specializations, experts, knowledge content, and recruitment. On top of that, we built a component-based template system that governs layout and enforces consistency across the entire platform.
The result is a scalable digital foundation that supports long-term communication development and can be extended or reused across related company websites.
